About the Role:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals for our patients, including special diets and cultural preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal nutrition

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient care and confidentiality

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standardized menus

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies

• Maintain accurate records of food production, waste, and inventory

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient care
