Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM–7:40 PM or 7:00 PM–7:40 AM
Pay: $35.20–$36.20 per hour

The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Provide wound care and perform nursing procedures

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Document care, observations, and interventions accurately

• Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort

• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and facility policies

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Valid New York State LPN license

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
