Comfort Keepers of Anoka is looking for a reliable On-Call Care Coordinator to support our clients and caregivers during evenings and weekends — all from home.

What You'll Do

• Answer after-hours calls from clients, families, and caregivers

• Help resolve scheduling and care-related issues

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage

• Support field caregivers and escalate urgent concerns when needed

• Document calls and updates in our scheduling system

• Provide professional, compassionate customer service

What We're Looking For

• Scheduling or customer service experience required

• Home care or healthcare experience preferred

• Strong phone, computer, and organizational skills

• Comfortable learning scheduling/care management software

• Dependable, calm, and able to handle after-hours situations

• Team-oriented and professional

• Must pass a background study

Minnesota Candidates Only

You must live in Minnesota, preferably in or near the Anoka–White Bear Lake area, and be able to come into our Anoka office for training, meetings, and occasional in-person needs.
