About the Role:

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients while working overnight shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Performing vital signs and monitoring client health

• Assisting with medication administration and other medical tasks as needed

• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and their families

• Working as part of a team to ensure the highest level of client care
