Responsibilities:

As a RN Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing staff education programs

• Conducting regular staff training sessions

• Collaborating with nursing leadership to create a positive and supportive work environment

• Providing individualized coaching and feedback

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license and current registration with the Nevada State Board of Nursing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff development or education role in a healthcare setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
