We are looking for a passionate and creative Activity Director to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Stoughton, Massachusetts

About the Role

As Activity Director, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating engaging activities that promote social connection, emotional well-being, and quality of life for our residents.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with seniors.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Activities Certification required

• MA Dementia Certification

• Experience working as an Activity Director is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A genuine passion for working with seniors

• Ability to create meaningful, engaging programs for residents
