Responsibilities of Cook:

• Prepare food that adheres to the nutritional needs of our residents.

• Follow portion control standards.

• Serve food in our dining area.

• Deliver food trays or snacks to rooms.

• Assist with cleaning tasks.

Qualifications of Cook:

• High school diploma preferred.

• Cook experience in a facility, nursing home, or restaurant preferred.

• ServSafe certification or Food handler's card required.

• Experience with food preparation and nutrition.

• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
