Sweetwater Care, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Plant Operations Lead to join our team in Toledo, OH. As a valued member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our facilities.

About the Role:

In this critical leadership position, you will oversee the daily activities of our plant operations team in 6 facilities, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the plant operations team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the facility is adequately stocked.

• Budgeting: Assist in developing and managing the facility's budget and ensuring that expenses are within approved limits. Assisting in capital expenditure requests.

• Assisting in life safety audits and plan of corrections

• Quality Control: Ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in plant operations management or long term care related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support the plant operations team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Physical stamina to perform routine inspections and duties
