About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Turn Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a Room Turn Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents' rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare resident rooms, common areas, and amenities according to established protocols and standards

• Restock linens, toiletries, and other essential items

• Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures

• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient turnaround of rooms

• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, cleaning schedules, and supply inventory

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our community's policies, procedures, and protocols
