Job Summary:

Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency, is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Martin County, FL. As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized home care services to seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal prep and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and dishes
• Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in condition to our team

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
