About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in the Toledo, Ohio area.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is committed to providing high-quality resident care, developing a positive workplace culture, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving strong clinical and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Provide leadership and direction to department managers and staff

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners

• Monitor quality of care, resident satisfaction, and clinical outcomes

• Support census development, admissions, and overall occupancy goals

• Manage facility budgets, expenses, and financial performance

• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives

• Prepare for and successfully manage state and federal surveys

• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop high-performing staff

• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

• Ensure policies, procedures, and standards of care are consistently followed

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Previous skilled nursing facility management experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of CMS, Ohio Department of Health, and long-term care regulations

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of nursing facility operations, budgets, staffing, and compliance

• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and employees

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
