About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including adverse reactions to medications or treatments

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and reduce readmissions

• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Rhode Island

• 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
