Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, providing comprehensive nursing services for our skilled nursing residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and admissions based on medical needs, utilizing expertise in nursing practices to ensure effective care

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and participate in case management activities to coordinate care across multiple services.

Experience

• Current RN licensure is required, with experience in long term care and skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

• Familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology and documentation practices is essential

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary for success in this role.
