Job Overview

We seek a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Experience

• Current RN licensure is required.

• Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary.
