About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietary Aid to join our dietary team. As a Dietary Aid, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of meals to our residents, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable in ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals to residents, including food preparation, plating, and delivery

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dietary department, including dishwashing, trash removal, and cleaning of equipment and facilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

• Assist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective meal service

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including meal counts and inventory management

Requirements

• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods
