Duties

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.

• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS platforms like Paychex to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.

• Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to build a diverse talent pool.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitate interview sessions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Support external recruiting efforts by developing relationships with staffing agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks.

• Assist in employment law compliance related to talent acquisition, HR legal standards, and HR systems to uphold fair hiring practices.

• Contribute to training & development initiatives by participating in onboarding sessions, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluation processes.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.

• Proven experience in high volume recruitment and technical recruiting across various roles.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

• Deep understanding of employment & labor law as it pertains to talent management and HR legal compliance.

• Proficiency with talent management software such as Lever, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms like Workday or Greenhouse.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies for recruitment purposes and research techniques for sourcing top talent.
