About the Role:

As a Wound Nurse, you will play a vital role in our care team, providing high-quality wound care to patients undergoing subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Your expertise will be sought after to develop and implement individualized wound care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and their families on wound care techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide comprehensive wound care treatments, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleansing

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and self-care practices

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care or a related field
