Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Floor Care & Painter to join our team!

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a facility looking its best, and can assist with both floor care and painting projects throughout the building.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine floor care, including cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing

• Complete interior painting and touch-up projects throughout the facility

• Prepare walls and surfaces for painting

• Maintain resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other facility spaces

• Properly use and maintain floor care and painting equipment

• Assist the Maintenance Department with general projects as needed

• Follow all safety and infection-control procedures

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous floor care and/or painting experience preferred

• Dependable with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects

• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
