What You’ll Do:

• Clean, buff, strip, and wax floors throughout the facility

• Complete interior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation

• Keep floor care and painting equipment in good working condition

• Assist the Maintenance Department with general projects

• Follow safety and infection-control procedures while working around residents and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Floor care and/or painting experience preferred

• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned projects

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment

• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
