About the Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Highland Care Center, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of our 24/7 healthcare facility, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks

• Leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

• Conducting routine inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures

• Developing and managing maintenance budgets and schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior management and regulatory agencies as required
