Your role as an LPN
You’ll be a trusted clinical leader on the evening shift, providing high-quality, person-centered care that helps residents rest safely and comfortably.

• Deliver direct nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Closely monitor residents, quickly recognize changes, and communicate with RNs and physicians

• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation

• Guide and support CNAs to ensure consistent, excellent care

• Assist with smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team

• Uphold the highest standards of infection control and resident safety

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN license

• Genuine passion for geriatric and rehabilitative nursing

• Strong clinical skills, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first mindset

• Commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centered care
