PART-TIME (1st shift) SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)

Location: West Milford, NJ

Hours: Part-Time 1st shift (3 days/ week, 8 hrs./day)

Social Services Worker Qualifications:

• Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.

• Must have PCC experience

• Experience in long-term care or nursing home is required .

• Must have prior experience as a Social Worker.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.

  Social Services Worker Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial support to residents and their families.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
