Class is Mandatory and the hours are as followed

7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Available shifts once the class is Completed:

2pm - 10pm

10pm - 6am

We are thrilled to announce the formation of a CNA Trainee Class at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services in Vestal, New York. As a CNA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to receive Paid CNA Training and embark on a rewarding career in healthcare. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in our Paid CNA Training program, designed to prepare you for a successful career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Work under the supervision of experienced nursing staff to develop your skills and confidence

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care plans are in place

Requirements:

• Zero years of experience required!

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
