• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois

• 0 years of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
