As a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents at Palmetto Care Center, located in Hialeah, Florida. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a warm and welcoming environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

About the Role:

• Part-time schedule: 11pm-7am, with competitive pay

• Provide direct patient care: Assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work closely with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment: Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Participate in in-service training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
