SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking highly skilled, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients throughout the Magnolia, TX area.

We are not simply looking for someone to complete daily tasks. We are looking for caregivers who understand that exceptional care is found in the small moments: a warm smile, a listening ear, patience, encouragement, kindness, and treating every client with dignity and respect.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical in-home support that promotes independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Personal hygiene

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Observe, document, and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs

• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
