Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Bay Terrace Rehab and Nursing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Dover, DE.

Pay: $100,000-105,000 per year

Shifts available:
• 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday to Friday with on call weekend rotations

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
