Activity Aide

Tower Lodge Care Center, located in Wall Township, NJ, is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Activity Assistants to join our exceptional team of caregivers. Evening and weekend hours are available.

Currently Hiring for Part Time Employment 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct engaging and meaningful activity programs for elderly residents.

• Provide one-on-one interaction, companionship, and emotional support to residents.

• Support residents’ emotional, social, and recreational well-being 

• Assist with planning and facilitating group activities 

• Encourage resident participation and engagement 

Compensation: 

• hourly rate: $15.92 

Qualifications: 

• Ability to conduct activities and interact effectively with elderly residents 

• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Prior experience in long-term care or activities preferred, but not required
