WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide individualized music therapy to hospice patients based on their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Use music to support emotional expression, comfort, relaxation, and quality of life.

• Help patients and families create meaningful moments through music.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to support holistic, patient-centered care.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Board Certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC) required.

• Hospice or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassion, empathy, creativity, and a patient-centered approach.

• A genuine desire to support patients and families through compassionate end-of-life care.
