Mountain View Rehab & Senior Living is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a Part-Time or PRN basis.

Position Details

• Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Schedule: Part-Time or PRN

• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

• Location: Coal Township, PA

• Indirect License Required

• Clinical documentation utilizing Net Health

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized, resident-centered rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to established plans of care

• Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence

• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Educate and encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process

• Accurately and timely complete clinical documentation using Net Health

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Help create a positive, supportive rehabilitation experience for residents

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing

• Indirect License required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus
