As an RN-Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role on our clinical team—overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Your leadership will help create a positive, collaborative environment where both residents and team members feel supported.

Schedule: Full-time, 11-7am shift, including every other weekend

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
Computer knowledge and experience using PointClickCare (PCC)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
