Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA. As a full-time Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to our patients, working from 11am to 7pm shifts. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized needs and goals

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring effective and efficient treatment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
