Fill-In Nanny

This is a flexible fill-in position for providing backup childcare support for a rotating roster of families, with assignments varying based on client needs.

If so, you may be a great fit for our child care aide position. In this role, you will:

Duties

• Support different families based on scheduling needs.

• Provide attention to clients’ children's non-medical needs, such as supervising, changing diapers, feeding, etc.

• Assist client with light housekeeping, including but not limited to meal prepping, washing bottles, laundry.

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Skills

• Must have experience with children including babies.

• Caregivers should be comfortable working in a variety of home environments.

• Must be available for at least 2–3 shifts per week to maintain part-time employment.

• Should be flexible and able to accept shifts on short notice, with weekly hours ranging from part-time to full-time.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
