Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team at Synergy HomeCare of Phillipsburg, a national agency that provides wholehearted, life-energizing care to individuals in their own homes. As an HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement, personal care, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

• Competitive pay between $18/hr to $23/hr
