Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

We are looking for a BCBA who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services and helping children with autism and related developmental needs reach their full potential.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fayetteville, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $120,000/year
Billable Requirement: Approximately 27 billable hours per week
Additional Clinical Hours: $100/hour for approved billable work above the required weekly hours

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments as clinically indicated.

• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.

• Provide direct and indirect clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis.

• Make data-based treatment modifications.

• Provide caregiver training and support.

• Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to technicians.

• Ensure treatment is implemented according to ethical and clinical standards.

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the treatment team.

• Support generalization and maintenance of skills across people, settings, and environments.

• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-related requirements in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

• Current BCBA certification

• Current state licensure or eligibility for North Carolina licensure

• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs effectively

• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care
