Job Summary:

Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our long-term care team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units, overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, and promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous Supervisor experience
