Responsibilities

• Develop and implement managed care strategies to optimize program performance, patient outcomes, and revenue growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical staff to ensure aligned goals and initiatives

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisions

• Foster strong relationships with managed care organizations, payer partners, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand market share

• Conduct regular program assessments and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction

• Manage and develop a team of managed care professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure success
