About the Role:

As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of our care services, ensuring that our caregivers and clients receive the highest level of care and support. Your primary duties will include:

• Scheduling caregivers for clients, taking into account their availability, skill sets, and client needs

• Coordinating transportation and accommodations for clients, as needed

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care plans, caregiver schedules, and client billing

• Communicating with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

• Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, and implementing solutions to meet client needs

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and coordination of care services for clients

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client care plans, caregiver schedules, and client billing

• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, implementing solutions to meet client needs

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns promptly

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
