Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and transportation

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks

• Encourage and assist with physical therapy exercises and other therapeutic activities

• Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the care team

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
