Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team on an every other weekend schedule (Saturday from 5am-1pm). As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for scheduling medical transportation for resident appointments and providing wheelchair transportation as needed. If you have a clean driving record, are able to physically push/pull/lift 30 lbs, and are passionate about providing excellent care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule medical transportation for resident appointments

• Provide wheelchair transportation as needed

• Ensure resident safety and well-being during transportation

• Maintain a clean and organized van

• Collaborate with care team to ensure seamless transportation services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift 30 lbs

• Previous experience in a transportation role (preferable)
