About This Opportunity 

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Provide support to a 38-year-old individual with Down syndrome and limited verbal communication. The DSP will provide companionship and support with community outings such as trips to the beach, parks, and other recreational activities.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Experience Preferred. 

• Reliable Vehicle Required 

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. (Schedule is flexible.)
Pay: 18-21/hr.
Location: Clinton NJ 08809. (Hunterdon County)
Driving on shift: REQUIRED
