About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide support to an adult with developmental disabilities in West Wildwood, NJ. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in someone's life. As a DSP, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, encouraging independence, and promoting personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community

• Provide community companionship and assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the posted schedule

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one

• Experience welcome but not required

• Driving individual in the community required

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training

Schedule

• 2 days a week, 3 hours a day

Pay

• $17-$21 per hour
