About the Role

As a Receptionist at The Pearl of Elgin, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our front desk team. Your duties will include:

• Greeting patients, families, and healthcare professionals with a friendly and courteous attitude
• Answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and taking messages
• Managing and coordinating patient registrations, schedules, and appointment requests
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
• Providing general administrative support to our clinical teams
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
