Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive Courtyard Monitor to support our residents in a safe and welcoming outdoor environment.

This is a great opportunity to start a career in healthcare. No prior experience is required—training will be provided!

What You’ll Do

• Supervise residents during outdoor and designated smoking activities

• Provide a calm, friendly presence while spending time outdoors with residents

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

• Observe and report behavioral or mood changes to nursing staff

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Remain attentive and engaged during extended outdoor periods

• Follow facility safety policies and resident supervision guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, patient, and dependable personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods

• Ability to remain attentive and alert throughout the shift

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

• No prior experience necessary—training provided!
