This is a great opportunity for newly certified CNAs to gain hands-on experience while working alongside an experienced nursing team. If you are dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and passionate about caring for others, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will play an important role in providing quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutritional needs

• Turn, reposition, transfer, and ambulate residents as needed

• Provide compassionate support and promote residents' dignity and independence

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the supervising nurse

• Document food and fluid intake and other required care information

• Make beds and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas

• Transport residents within the facility as needed

• Assist nurses and other members of the healthcare team

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards

• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

• Current New Jersey CNA certification

• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
