At Accela at Manalapan, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team!

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assisting with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Turning, repositioning, transferring, and ambulating residents as needed
• Providing compassionate support and promoting residents' dignity and independence
• Observing residents and promptly reporting changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Documenting food and fluid intake and other required care information
• Making beds and maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas
• Transporting residents within the facility as needed
• Assisting nurses and other members of the healthcare team
• Following all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards
• Protecting resident privacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times

• Competitive pay of $21.00–$23.50/hour

• All shifts available, including 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (PRN only)

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey CNA certification
