As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department. This includes managing a team of dietary team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing effective systems for meal planning, food preparation, and service. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dietary team members to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service

• Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs that meet the dietary needs of our residents

• Conduct menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management to ensure efficient use of resources

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Riverside's policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services

Requirements:

• Experience in dietary management or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field preferred
