Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare team members

• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive healthcare records

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a focus on excellent patient care
