Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and day programs

• Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management

• Encourage independence, promote socialization, and foster friendships

• Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet unique needs and goals

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Document progress and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders
