RN Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care

• Follow the Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and professional nursing standards

• Implement and evaluate resident plans of care

• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel

• Monitor and document resident conditions and care accurately

• Maintain knowledge of required documentation and equipment

• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers as appropriate

• Protect resident confidentiality and rights

• Maintain a professional and positive approach in accordance with facility policies

• Work scheduled rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program

• Current and valid Florida RN License

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred

• Acute/critical care experience preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
